In both cases, the result is the same as above. on a whim I did decide to try to put my voice through VoiceMeeter as well, and also tried to eliminate VoiceMeeter completely from the setup. Not sure if that is even important or not.įollowing up.

I almost wish VoiceMeeter had a Push-to-Talk function, or I'd just use that, but no joy there.ĮDIT: I forgot to mention - I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. So for a professional stream, P2T is an absolute must. here, and my mic is really sensitive (cannot be adjusted, before someone suggests it). however, I cannot have this because I have a lot of background fan noise, etc. here is where the dilemma starts against a solution: If I turn P2T off, then the mic works no matter what window I have selected. Push to talk: Yes, activated by my mouse "Back" button.Microphone/Auxiliary: Microphone (Plantronics GameCom 780/788).Desktop Audio Device: Speakers (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO).Voicemeeter to feed game sounds only to OBS - currently only my games feed through Voicemeeter In MY case however, the mic only doesn t work in the windows I NEED it to work. Either way, in everyone else's case, it was either mic worked or mic didn't work. I have been the past 24 hours solid trying to figure this out and the ONLY mic issues anyone else besides me has ever had were completely failed mics or incorrect setups. Yesterday I go to stream and this started happening. The sad thing is, without changing ANY settings at all, I was streaming, with vboice in my game, perfectly 2 days prior. I can select a file explorer window for windows files. I figured something with my game was screwing up, but it is other items also. as long as I have my desktop or OBS selected. No one else, according to Google, has ever had this issue, so I am hoping someone can help me out here. Okay, so here is something very interesting which is REALLY throwing me off.
